Year after year, PAE VIP has been the hottest ticket in softball pitching for driven, committed pitchers — and the demand for these limited spots has only continued to grow.
But this year, we're doing things differently.
For the first time ever, PAE VIP will be application-only.
Why? Because VIP is more than an upgraded ticket. It's a smaller, more personal experience where we get the opportunity to spend more time with each pitcher, know her story, challenge her, pour into her and help her discover another level of confidence, leadership and belief in herself.
And with more pitchers wanting these spots than we can accept, we don't want VIP to simply go to whoever can check out the fastest.
We want to intentionally choose the pitchers who are ready to make the most of this experience.
We're not looking for perfect pitchers. We're not choosing based on velocity, stats or accolades.
We're looking for girls who are driven. Coachable. Hungry to grow. Willing to be challenged. Excited to learn. And ready to step into an environment designed to show them just how much they're capable of.

Words just can't explain how amazing this experience was. its you interacting with every single kid on every group on a timely basis was remarkable! Avery and I couldn't stop talking about it all the way home. It's an experience every pitch could attend at least once in their pitching career. We are ready to sign up for next year! Absolutely one of the best experiences my daughter's ever had. Finally something focusing o pitchers. In those 3 days she has probably learned more than she has in the last 7 years. You and your crew did a phenomenal job. I recommend that if you didn't get a chance to go this year, get on that waitlist list for next time because you will not regret it! Thank you for the experience of a lifetime. You made sure to also put a lot of information in there for the parents as well and I loved that aspect of it. Since we have left my daughter has not stopped talking about the experience and how unaware she was of simple things that she could change to help her become the pitcher she wants to be.
